Willingness to learn new skills such as basic welding and cutting, with the help of professionals and coworkers.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in maintenance or in a mechanical position in an industrial or related setting.
Ability to rebuild pumps with different seal assemblies- Mechanical seal or Packing type seals.
Ability to troubleshoot pump failures.
Ability to install and precisely align pumps, gearboxes, blowers, etc.
Ability to repair, maintain and replace conveyors (Screw conveyors –Belt conveyors.)

This includes the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of radar absorbent materials, coatings, and other low observable systems. They must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. They must also be able to use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized tools to complete their tasks. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
