Work From Home System Requirements

You have prior PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior Sales and in person customer service experience desired

This position is remote. Applicants are required to reside in the state of Virginia to be considered.

Have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience and be 18 years of age or older

Support pre-season customer communications and dispatch performance management for assigned programs.

Collaborate with teammates to improve customer performance while making recommendations for hardware and software system enhancements to Operations and Product management.

Support cross-functional implementation of new demand response & demand management programs.

Previous work in energy management, power generation, demand response, or a related industry is a plus

0-3 years of experience in an operational role preferred;

Experienced with Excel, Salesforce, and/or proprietary software
