Business management and analytical skills including Forecasting, P&L and strategic planning.
Evaluate market opportunities within the region and prioritize with Territory Managers.
Develop, negotiate, and manage local IDN agreements to drive sustainable, long-term growth and increase market share within the region.
Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Customer Care, Operations, and other departments on process improvements and other cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
Five years of professional outside leadership sales experience; medical device experience preferred.
