Delivery Driver Lead Jobs

Past supervisor, lead or management experience.

3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

A chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially is a PLUS!

A passion for customer service and working with the public.

The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.

Ensuring the correct skills and competencies exist within the team to work effectively

Ensure product roadmaps are aligned to capacity and capabilities of the team i.e. The roadmap is achievable

Delivery of committed releases up its formal product release

Escalating issues that are not getting mitigated related to delivery from within the team

Keeping all stakeholders informed and updated for committed releases e.g. status reports

5-7 years previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)

Strong organizational and planning skills

Strong leadership skills to lead project team to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget

Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels including key stakeholders and executives

Ability to identify, communicate, and drive critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources

Pay Range: $65/hour on W2
