Detailed Job Description Deli Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that the deli is clean and well-stocked. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, stocking shelves with fresh food, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. Deli Maintenance is also responsible for ensuring that the area is free of debris and other hazards. Additionally, Deli Maintenance may be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining records, and providing customer service. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate deli equipment
