Overview Day Hours Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at a pool or beach. They must be able to assess potential hazards, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance to swimmers. They must also be able to enforce safety regulations and provide instruction to patrons. Detailed Job Description Day Hours Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring the safety of patrons at a pool or beach. They must be able to assess potential hazards, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance to swimmers. They must also be able to enforce safety regulations and provide instruction to patrons. They must be able to recognize signs of distress in swimmers and be able to respond quickly and appropriately. They must also be able to provide first aid and CPR when necessary. Job Skills Required
