3-5 years of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician preferred.

Experience with Building Automation Systems.

Experience with computerized work order systems preferred.

Troubleshooting equipment sets, replacing plumbing fixtures, rodding drains and pipes, identifying and stopping leaks, rebuilding flush valves.

Supervising and making adjustments to the building automation system for patient/staff comfort.

3+ years of Property Management experience

Manage a team of 6 including maintenance and leasing staff

Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets

Strong interpersonal relationship and organizational skills

Experience in Onesite, Ops Technology, YieldStar, Lead2Lease and Compliance Depot preferred

Provide information to routers regarding equipment constraints, delivery windows and items to be redelivered. Communicate with warehouse management regarding loading issues

Perform functions requested by management/supervision

Assist in training new employees on equipment operation, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading and other warehouse responsibilities

Maintain attendance records and notify Regional Transportation Manager of policy violations

Basic knowledge of current DOT regulations.

Prior experience as a dispatcher helpful but not required.

Physical requirements involve standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Degree preferred.

Position requires the need to be very detail orientated and accuracy is extremely important.
