The roles would include: Mass Care Sheltering Teams and Mass Care Feeding Teams.
Duty Officers (same role as a dispatcher – receiving initial call and then dispatching the appropriate resource)

The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, customers, and partners.
