Work closely with Management, Data-Engineering, and Development teams

Build a startup company: Help setting priorities and making design decisions based on your experience and insights.

At least 5 years experience with data science projects from early-stage concept to production rollouts.

Minimum 2 years of experience with NLP in production.

Experience and desire to do end-to-end full-cycle data science

Advantage: Previous experience as a Developer/Data Engineer.

7+ years of experience presenting data insights & recommendations to key stakeholders in a corporate setting

Experience integrating machine learning applications to production, with big data concepts and deep learning frameworks.

Ability to obtain or existing secret clearance with the US government.

Applying coding skills and knowledge data structures to develop projects in partnership with other scientists and engineers in the team.

Build customer segmentation models to better understand our customers, and tailor the clinical outcome and healthcare care experience for them.

2+ years of relevant experience in predictive modeling, analysis, and NLP based modeling

Excellent communication, analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills

Experience in building end to end data science solutions and applying machine learning methods to real world problems with measurable outcomes.

Strong programming skills in one of the following: Python, Java, R, Scala or C++
