FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification required for aerial projects. Not necessary for ground scans.

Previous experience in data capture, mapping, or a related field.

Strong communication skills and punctuality.

Conduct aerial and ground-based data capture in various settings.

Operate and maintain data capture equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.

Ensure data quality and integrity.

Minimum of 2 years experience with programming and application development using Python.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience working with human resources/people data is a plus.

Extract, sanitize and leverage large amounts of data from our central HR Data Hub to deploy data science solutions at scale.

Participate in project teams comprised of internal and external team members.

Elicit needs and act in a primary role as a trusted business and analytical partner.

• Meets with business clients/SMEs to collect requirements.

• Manage projects and timelines.

• 4-6 years of experience

• Experience with data visualization tools (Shiny, Spotfire, Dash, PowerBI, or Tableau)

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Experience with data pipeline tools such as Dataiku or Databricks

Commitment to attainment of a technology or project management designations

A minimum of three years P&C insurance data analysis experience with a focus on Commercial Lines

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required, with a desire to improve presentation and persuasion skills

Experience supervising junior team members and a strong record of building great stakeholder relationships

Excellent SQL, Excel/BI skills with a focus on data analysis

Experience in Python, VBA, SAS, and R is preferred.
