Experience with at least one of the following versatile, cross-technology tools/languages - Python, SAS, R or Alteryx
3+ years experience working as a business analyst or similar role
Experience in Mortgage Banking or working with Marketing/CRM data a plus but not required
Proactively identify and communicate meaningful trends/patterns/actionable insights in data to stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategy
Assist the modeling team with data inputs that lead to an overall higher predictive ability
