Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.

Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences both in written and verbal form.

Lead projects and junior analyst.

Initiative to solve complex problems; takes an outside in perspective to identify innovative solutions.

May lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights.

Work with both internal and external data.

Rich experience within the Post-Acute Care space, care management, utilization/resource management processes and disease management programs

Experience in project management and program implementations

Self-starter who is detail oriented with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks

Smartsheet (Tracking System, Project Management)

Contribute to the analytics product roadmap with use cases & designs and scope requirements for requested self-service applications and deliverables (25%)

Refinement: Evaluate stories/requirements submitted by other team members, identify issues with requirements design and/or opportunities to deliver additional value to stakeholder

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling

Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
