Functional proficiency with an electronic Quality Management System

Perform studies to assist in qualification of QC test methods.

Experience in cell culture including aseptic technique

Experience with Good Documentation Practices

Perform QC release testing on cell and media products.

Write/review/revise SOPs related to quality control testing including test methods, equipment use, maintenance and calibration.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and time management skill

Meet or exceed daily productivity metrics as outlined by management

Ensure individual reviews are complete in accordance with agency timeline requirements

Identify and prepare reverifications in accordance with agency requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency and Investor guidelines and overlays

Ability to navigate and utilize AllRegs for agency, investor, and compliance requirements

Experience in real estate appraisal, bank or finance lending, mortgage company experience or real estate background a plus

Prior experience in QC Valuations with knowledge of standard Valuation practices and procedures including:

Performs quality control analysis of Valuation orders in compliance with regulatory, industry and client requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of appraisal industry guidelines and products so that valuation quality meets defined standards

Communicate daily with QC Managers on department operation protocols
