II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

MCT and/or MCO experience. (If not this then Schwab Compliance Technologies)

Looking for industry experience and should have worked in a compliance role that was subject to 3rd party (external) compliance/frameworks

Adding and removing accounts from brokerage feeds.

Reviewing holdings reports and statements for prohibited investments.

Creating cases to track resolutions of prohibited investments.

Define, document and deploy data standards within complex projects and steady state data management.

Provide leadership and oversight of the data governance program and operational model.

Lead implementation of data governance within the business, onboard and train data owners and data stewards.

3+ years of experience leading a data governance or data management function

Experience in education, ed-tech, or other fields with significant privacy, security, and compliance requirements

Change Management: Develop and introduce policies, procedures, and self-service governance tools to help all functions meet their governance needs

People Management: Provide technical leadership, career development, coaching, and mentoring for data engineers and analysts

Introducing a metadata management tool to help all of our teams gain insight into the journey of their data

Comfortable working with and implementing data governance, metadata management, and data quality tools (ex. Atlan, Metaphor, Colibra)

Provide assessment and advisory of current data architecture and data governance across:

The development, quality assessment, and testing processes to develop pipelines

Troubleshooting/support processes for operations analytics consumers
