Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support Operations Analytics.

Use Dashboards and Operation reports to recommend changes to the business that directly impact short-term and long-term outcomes for the business.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related field is a plus.

Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience and knowledge with an understanding of the terminology, business functions (Claims), and business processes.

Experienced with formal SDLCs and business analysis methodologies, working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards.

Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter systems is required.

Experience with Guidewire Policy Center is preferred.

Proven hands-on experience in writing and executing MS SQL queries is required.
