- Proficient with designing, implementing, and administering data integrations.

- Proficient working with SQL server integration services

Experience with SQL and Python.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Tableau.

Experience with data warehouses and ETL platforms.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience

4 years' Data Analysis experience

Prior experience and knowledge working with research and evaluation projects in an educational setting.

Prior experience with Qualtrics, program evaluation, pedagogical research design, validation of surveys, implementation, and analysis

Coordinate data collection efforts with other members of the MSTEAM STAR assessment team and collect data from multiple sources.

Organize and clean survey data.

Validate survey items as needed.

Conduct inferential statistics and descriptive analyses.
