Strong technical skills. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and other online tools are important.

One of the most important qualifications for this position is reliability. Showing up on time every day is very important.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, operations or office admin

Phone skills to build confidence and rapport with client callers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Enter inbound phone orders and answer product questions ( 10-15 calls per day - training provided)
