Three to six years in Human Resources Management work experience is required, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Accurately answers general questions from employees and managers in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintains and monitors DHS and/or other regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of experience.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of supervision.

Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are essential

Extensive knowledge and experience in the Physician Recruitment field with minimum seven years of experience

Consolidate and manage the flow of the LOI/Contract approval process

Provide market feedback on competition trends, offers, etc

Self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
