This position is responsible for providing assistance to customers in the selection, ordering, and delivery of DME products. The DME Customer Service Specialist Arrowhead will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The DME Customer Service Specialist Arrowhead will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring that all customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
