Customer Service Security Agent Jobs

Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills.

Greets patients, guests and visitors at various entrances to the hospital.

Provides information to guests, like patient room numbers, directions to units, etc.

Monitors lobby for security purposes.

Provides support to Parking vendor in handling parking validation and valet requests.

Applies the principles of the Mission, Values and Goals of the organization, as they relate to exceptional customer service.

You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

Must have 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

11:00 pm - 7:00 am Wednesday - Saturday (32 hrs. a week)

11:00 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Tuesday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Fridays (32 hrs. a week)

Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.

Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry

Patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure,

Answer in-house calls, assist team members and guests as needed.

Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations and ensure property follow-up and communication.

Diploma or GED, 21 years or older

Keeping informed of current events, updating knowledge and skills, and maintaining mental and physical fitness to do the job.

Be able to meet the minimum medical qualification standard.

Experience living or working in a multicultural environment, overseas or in the United States.

Conducting protective security services for the Secretary of State, other U.S. government officials, and visiting foreign dignitaries.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in the English Language.
