Establish and maintain healthy relationships with the residents.

Observe and report Resident behaviors to the Director of Housing.
Establish and maintain healthy relationships with the residents.
Redirect residents as needed, under the supervisor's direction, NEVER DISCIPLINE.
Assist with the admission process on new resident admissions and orientation procedures and schedules.
Complete a timely and accurate shift report at the end of each shift.
Transport residents as needed, including, but not limited to, outside meetings, appointments, shopping, outings, and to and from treatment.
