4+ years experience in customer service required; field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred

Deliver a transformative and purposeful experience when onboarding customers to their Torus Station.

Possess a high level of brand and product expertise, staying up to date on all Torus product offerings.

Diagnose and/or troubleshoot issues with a Torus Station remotely and on-site.

Ability to efficiently self-manage time, calendar, and multiple customers
