Customer File Analyst Jobs

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Conduct File timeliness and SLA management activities

Annual Open Enrollment File Schedule management & delivery

Benefits administration knowledge - preferred

Correspondence with carriers, managers and shared service teams on new file builds

MS Excel or Google Sheets - intermediate to advanced skills

Minimum experience or equivalent education: 5 years of purchasing, inventory control/management, materials input, or warehousing experience.

Knowledge and skill to organize, plan, manage, execute, and evaluate projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Proficiency with data governance/management concepts.

Manage small to medium and/or cross-functional projects. Communicate project progress and milestones to the Senior Data Manager.

Assists project managers with collecting, organizing & analyzing customer’s cross match files in preparation for the conversion project.

Formats & analyzes customer's cross match files to assist project manager in the identification of conversion opportunities.

Assists project manager in identifying and developing the opening stock order for customer conversion projects.

Assists with any other file or data related work dealing with a customer conversion project as requested by the project manager.

Aptitude to establish priorities, meet deadlines, manage one’s own time, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision.
