Overview The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in accordance with customer expectations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The Customer Delivery Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, as well as ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner. Detailed Job Description The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of customer orders. This includes overseeing the order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in accordance with customer expectations, and resolving any customer service issues that may arise. The Customer Delivery Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, as well as ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
