Customer Care Center Associate Jobs

High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Strong knowledge of all deposit related regulatory requirements and guidelines

Seeks opportunities to add value to our customers by identifying and offering the right product or service to meet their needs

2+ years of Banking and customer service skills

Well-developed written and communication skills and the ability to be effectively organized in a fluid environment

Knowledge of State and Federal banking compliance regulations and Bank Secrecy Act

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Education: High School Diploma required Associates degree preferred.

Schedules appointments to the correct provider including all appropriate information and coordinates appointments on the same day when available.

Advocates for patients and/or families while coordinating multi-visit scheduling appointments.

Provides exceptional customer service while assisting customers in obtaining access to Medical Services at UVA Health System.

Documents each request completely and accurately.

Basic: 10-Key, Accounting, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Presentation/PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing

11. Request EBanking adds and updates. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.

12. Request Debit Card Limit Increases. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.

16. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed quarterly.

18. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
