Customer Advocacy Specialist – 1 Year Contract Jobs in Kansas

Knowledge of company’s mission, purpose, goals and the role of every employee in achieving each of them

Assists students, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to present or reinforce learning concepts

Provides a safe and healthful environment for students and staff

Directs activities designed to reinforce concepts for individuals or small groups

Assists students with individual assignments

Works with teachers to modify activities to meet individual student's needs

Applies communication skills (advance reading, writing, and technical skills) and mathematical concepts knowledge to perform work and coordinate with others.

Performs local and remote testing on equipment, including running computer programs and using tools to diagnose faults.

Broad technical knowledge of desktop applications like Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications

Broad technical knowledge of PC, Printers and Office/Network related hardware

Technical Knowledge in VoIP Phone systems and Virtual environments

Oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
