Overview Custodian 1st Shift is responsible for providing custodial services to a variety of facilities. This includes cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and other related duties. The custodian is also responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility. Detailed Job Description

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas.

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery.

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors.

• Empty trash cans and replace liners.

• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.

• Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Follow all safety and security protocols.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Job Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and techniques.
