This includes developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive culture, managing employee engagement initiatives, and providing guidance and support to employees. The HR Culture Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, the HR Culture Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating employee engagement and performance, and providing feedback to employees and management.
