This position will work collaboratively with school districts, community partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that CTE programs are accessible and equitable for all students. The CTE Equity Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase access to CTE programs for underrepresented student populations, including students of color, students from low-income backgrounds, and students with disabilities. The CTE Equity Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing professional development opportunities for CTE teachers and administrators to ensure equitable access to CTE programs.
