Manage the assembly and delivery of custom-built equipment used in the Crystal Growth process.

Interfaces with the Crystal Growth tool install team to manage the delivery of assembled tools based on the schedule.

Screen and select candidates for the team to fulfill ramp and attrition requirements.

Manage area budget goals and capital project spending.

At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor support/repair services

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ progressive management experience in commercial and retail real estate operations preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of building mechanical systems and construction management.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of office and retail leases and the lease administration process.

Strong coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good listening skills, patience, and empathy.

Acid etches and loads germanium charge and quartz crucible into crystal growing furnace.

Operates furnace to produce high-purity germanium crystal suitable for detector manufacturing.

Cleans and maintains crystal growth equipment and associated etch sink/clean room.

Prepares and documents zone refined ingots for use in the crystal growth process.

Maintains record and log books on crystals and crystal growth machines.

Assists in general mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment, as required.
