Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida

3+ years project management experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and measuring project results

Customer resolution experience or crisis management communication experience

Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification

Process improvement experience – Sig Sigma / LEAN certification

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including internal and external customers at all levels up to and including C-suite

U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR);

Foreign Nationals eligible for an Exchange Visitor J-1 visa status; and,

Eligibility is currently open to:

Strong knowledge of critical reagent selection, qualification, and management principles, as well as current industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Experience in MSD, LC-MS, PCR based assays development and qualification, labelling of reference standards, and stability testing of critical reagents.

Monitor industry trends and advancements in critical reagent management and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge of peptide/protein-aptamer based conjugation systems for DNA, RNA and Protein/antibodies.

Conduct regular audits of critical reagent inventory and work with cross-functional teams to manage the procurement and disposition of critical reagents.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Minimum 6 years relevant experience within a commodity focused MNC or market analysis company

Strong experience in economic modelling – econometric analysis an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) are essential
