Crisis Management Specialist Jobs

Combination of education and experience:

United States Citizenship is required.

Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with the Selective Service.

All candidates selected for these position will be subject to random drug testing once they begin working for the Agency.

Utilize knowledge of healthcare industry standards and clinical assessment and intervention skills resulting in crisis or contact resolution.

Demonstrates concurrent management of multiple tasks and deadlines.

Demonstrate effective engagement skills; inspire hope and promote recovery and resiliency.

Provide health education and community resources based on the intervention provided.

Critical thinking and effective decision-making for managing high-acuity crisis requests and decision-making skills that facilitate safety and crisis resolution.

Demonstrates knowledge of the Medicaid behavioral health adult and children’s systems in states where Solari has crisis contracts (e.g. Arizona);

Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.

Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Enter screening and referral information in the electronic health record system.

Completes record audits for adherence to Service Definitions, UM Guidelines, DHSR and Accrediting bodies.

Participate in on call and afterhours coverage, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Driving and travel may be required.

5+ years of experience working in threat intelligence, crisis management, or a security operations center in the public or private sector

Experience with private sector security or crisis management for a global company

Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) and report writing

Experience with mass alerting platforms such as Everbridge

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

Ability to respond to incidents on nights and weekends, as needed
