Criminal Court Paralegal Jobs in Georgia

Must have previous experience in Criminal Defense as a Criminal law clerk or paralegal;

Must have good legal writing (pleadings, motions, and briefs) and organizational skills ;

Review discovery materials, including affidavits and sworn testimonies.

Write pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions.

Prepare trial notebook for criminal jury trials; interview and subpoena witnesses.

Assist attorney in court hearings/trial.
