Crew Members at Dunkin Donuts are responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for guests. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. Crew Members must be able to work as part of a team and be able to take direction from management. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food and beverages, stocking supplies, cleaning the store, and providing customer service.
