Monitor the conditions of pretrial release primarily for higher risk pretrial defendants.

Report the defendant's non-compliance with conditions of release to the court.

Provide guidance to clients with specific needs, including but not limited to social, emotional and rehabilitative concerns.

Make recommendations and/or referrals for social services, testing, treatment and/or counseling and will monitor clients' treatment progress.

Perform other related duties as required.

Conducting pretrial risk assessments and preparing reports.

Making recommendations to judges regarding conditions of pretrial release for pretrial defendants.

Staffing first appearance/Central Judicial Processing hearings and pretrial detention hearings.

Monitoring the conditions of pretrial release for pretrial defendants.

Providing guidance to clients with specific needs, including but not limited to social, emotional, and rehabilitative concerns.

Principles, practices and methods of workforce management and supervision including leadership, motivation, team building and conflict resolution.

Principles of management and analysis and organizational design necessary to analyze, recommend and implement change.

Public and program funding, budgetary preparation, cost analysis and fiscal management.

Take management authority and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Court.

Lead people by conflict management, integrity/honesty and team building.

Demonstrate business acumen/subject matter expertise as acquired through formal training and education or extensive on-the-job experience.

Assist in the formulation and development of divisional goals and objectives

Monitor and assign caseloads based on divisional needs

Mentor/coach staff, provide direction and feedback

Participate in team work unit meetings

Suggest improvements in work unit operation

Recommend personnel actions (such as hiring, firing, promoting, disciplining or demoting)
