Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Follow physicians’ orders for resident care and follow directions of the occupational therapist.

Provide appropriate treatment, preventative measures and adaptive equipment to prevent decline in residents' function.

Maintain timely and accurate resident reports as required by federal, state and local regulatory agencies and third-party payers.

Provide adaptive equipment and preventative measures to prevent decline in residents' function.

Be responsible for the safety of residents under his/her supervision.
