They are responsible for monitoring the behavior of inmates, enforcing rules and regulations, and providing assistance to inmates in need. They also provide support to other staff members, such as counselors and medical personnel. They must also be able to maintain order in the facility, and ensure that inmates are following the rules and regulations. Job Skills Required
