Having inn-depth knowledge of regulations including OSHA, NIOSH regulations.

At least 10 years of IH survey and H&S regulatory compliance experience and its application.

Regulatory compliance audit fieldwork experience.

Managing and executing Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Health & Safety (H&S) projects for clients in the consulting industry.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to enhance client retention and growth.

Mentoring junior staff and leading project teams for IH and H&S work.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene at an ABIH ABET accredited program or equivalent experience/training

2 years of industrial hygiene experience

Solid scientific background with a good working knowledge of organic/inorganic chemistry and engineering concepts

Knowledge of OSHA regulations in General Industry

Knowledge of Industrial Hygiene testing to include air sampling, noise, light and ability to apply knowledge

Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, The Joint Commission, and NFPA requirements associated with Hospital's activities is required

3 years related experience is required

Hospital Industrial Hygiene experience strongly preferred

Assist with the chemical fume hood and biological safety cabinet certification and maintenance program.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or similar field is required

Must have a Class C Driver's License with good driving record.

Expert knowledge of risk management; occupational disease risk assessment and control; and risk improvement

Excellent written communication skills for documenting service plans and management reports

Maintains CIH and/or CSP designation and insurance/safety designations as appropriate through ongoing certification maintenance such as training, education, etc.

Highly-developed problem-solving, research and analytical skills

Knowledge of software applications designed to facilitate data aggregation and analysis

Provide various internal departments with information and guidance as it relates to RCS, Claims, Underwriting and Sales.
