Work with the Finance Manager on other accounting, HR and administration duties as assigned
File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
Prepare tracking sheets/books for contributions-in-kind for different programs
Help maintain accurate, clear and accessible accounting records
Help with preparing bank and Accounts Payable reconciliations.
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing
