Corporate Director Of Events Jobs in New Jersey

Bachelor's degree in a field related to experiential marketing or event management, or equivalent knowledge and experience

Vendor management across all programs working directly with hotels, meeting venues, AV, and DMC agencies as required

Collaborate with other event managers on company-hosted launch and thought-leadership events, vip customer programs, and external events

Track and manage deliverables to ensure all event deadlines are met across all departments

Manage budget for all internal events

Superior written and oral communication skills

Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related field. Change management certification a plus.

Leads communications strategy to the global leadership team and people managers, ensuring regular communications are clear and action-oriented.

15+ years of professional experience in employee communications in Pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industry.

Experience working with strategic external communications, including thought leadership, earned media and issues/crisis communications a plus.

Proven experience successfully managing and leading roles with significant breadth and complexity.

Proven experience working in a matrixed environment and operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment
