15+ years of professional experience in employee communications in Pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industry.
Experience working with strategic external communications, including thought leadership, earned media and issues/crisis communications a plus.
Proven experience successfully managing and leading roles with significant breadth and complexity.
Proven experience working in a matrixed environment and operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment
