2+ years of experience in Agile product management

Work in a hands-on, collaborative environment with top designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to build breakthrough experiences and products

Manage and groom the backlog of stories for assigned agile delivery teams

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making

Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, and thought leader

3-5 years of relevant work experience in a program management or business operations role, especially in a software development context

Experience working in a cross-functional environment with product management, design, development, engineering, research and analytics

Excellent communication skills. Able to adapt communication for each audience and channel. Experience building senior leadership level communication and assets

Experience executing projects/programs in a change-oriented, fast-paced cross functional environment
