Must have computer experience utilizing Windows-based software applications for database management, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Experience using a customer service database system or association management system, preferably using multiple systems simultaneously.

Monitors the department email boxes, responding to emails within department response time requirements.

Maintains current and accurate standard operating procedures for all activities/responsibilities.

Manage member services and valet staff including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.

Work with General Manager and Public Relations team to promote positive experiences, including photography.

Work closely with Sales to create exceptional experiences for prospects/visitors.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.

Ensure the team is providing the highest level of service to members/guests through inspection, training, and coaching.

Develop and execute an annual sales plan, competitive analysis and budget approved by PruittHealth Premier management team.

Report sales and sales related activity and results to PruittHealth Premier management.

Coordinate with IT and Operations management for maintenance and development of the PruittHealth Premier customer relations management processes.

Minimum 5 years in Medicare Advantage sales management

Utilizing competitive perspective and market knowledge to position PruittHealth Premier as the carrier of choice

Manage direct reports which will include internal marketing, sales and member services team members.

Perform inventory management with Accounting.

Manage and respond to member inquiries and assist Members with a wide variety of requests and questions.

Using internal systems, adding new users, modify registrations, manage product refunds, and more.

Create and send out a bi-weekly staff newsletter and communicate content to all members of the Recreational Sports Management Team (RSMT).

Manage towel service operations including inventory, purchasing, cancellations, collection of past dues, and monthly reporting.

Perform Member Services and POC staff frontline responsibilities as appropriate.

High school diploma or GED along with 2+ years related industry experience required.

Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills with the ability to motivate others.

Collect staff availability and assist with the monthly frontline Member Services schedule.
