• Coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure that all needs are met
• Developing and managing budgets for all events
• Developing and managing staff schedules
• Ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed
• Managing all event logistics, including setup and breakdown
• Ensuring that all events are properly staffed
• Developing and managing relationships with vendors and clients
• Ensuring that all events are properly documented
