Overview Controls Engineering Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems and automation solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in the design, programming, and commissioning of control systems. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the team’s workload, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and providing technical guidance and support to the team. • Lead a team of engineers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems and automation solutions.
• Design, program, and commission control systems.
• Manage the team’s workload and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for control systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
