The Contracts and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a thorough understanding of contract law and compliance regulations, as well as the ability to negotiate, draft, and manage complex contracts. The Contracts and Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

• Negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitoring and reporting on contractual obligations
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to contracts and compliance
• Advising management on contractual matters
• Resolving disputes related to contracts
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors
• Maintaining accurate records of all contracts
