Ability to self-direct work and manage fluctuating workloads.

Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for English, Technical Writing or other communications/analytical writing degree.

Ability to quickly build strong rapport with broker teams and colleagues in a virtual environment.

Awareness of North America contract law and basic regulatory controls and general business trends.

This role can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

Identify problems and communicate potential solutions. Implements operational decisions of program management.

Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements

Create and maintain contract files in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and guidelines.

Must have strong analytical and effective communication skills

Responsible for all aspects of contract administration. Negotiates and executes contract documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Handle multiple contract actions with short turn-around times in fast-paced environment.
