You do not need your own truck. You will be driving the actual commercial vehicle to its final destination.
No forced dispatch: You decide what trucks you drive.
Mix of both manual and automatic transmissions.
All drivers are self-employed contractors, not employees.
As a self-employed contractor, you are responsible for your own health insurance, life insurance, worker’s compensation or 401K.
