Contract Specialist Level 2 Jobs

Collect/reconcile past due invoices from customers and assigned VMS (Vendor Management System) accounts receivables for assigned regions.

Compensation: Range from $26.00/hr. to $28.00/hr., commensurate with skill level and experience

1 year General Radiographer experience.

A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH required.

Proof of full vaccination required

Staff is required for EVERY OTHER WEEKEND coverage in their schedule.

Provide support of requirements definition planning, organizing, development, and submittal of proposals and subsequent negotiation and administration

Develop relationships with internal and external customers and ensure engagement with requirements development

3+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships

Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions

5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and/or subcontracts

5+ years of experience with International Contracts and/or Commercial Contracting

Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 1 year with relevant experience or business-related capacity.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.

Basic knowledge of DoD contracting acquisition process

Basic knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations

Knowledge of public sector procurement management principles, project administration, and bid processes.

Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.

Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience, and interview.

Provide status updates on relevant procurement-related tasks and activities to senior management as required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Finance, Government Contracting, or a related field.
