SALARY: $96,000-$102,000 based on experience, education, etc.
Review requirements, prepare sourcing strategy and plan including solicitation criteria, quantities, delivery requirements and industry to be sourced.
Prepares contract solicitations, determines specific contract language, clauses, and best type of contract; evaluates offers and recommends source selections.
Minimum of 8-13 years’ of full-spectrum federal contract experience
Acquisition certification is preferred (i.e., FAC-C, DAWIA certification, Industry Certification (ICCM-D, ICCM-F), NCMA certifications will also be considered)

The Contract Senior Benefits Specialist will also be responsible for preparing and presenting benefit-related reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
