Overview of Contract Management Contract Management is the process of managing contracts between two or more parties. This includes the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts, as well as the monitoring and enforcement of contractual obligations. Contract Managers are responsible for ensuring that all parties involved in a contract are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Detailed Job Description of Contract Management Contract Managers are responsible for the entire life cycle of a contract, from the initial negotiation and drafting of the agreement to the monitoring and enforcement of the contract’s terms and conditions. This includes the review and analysis of contracts, the negotiation of terms and conditions, the drafting of contracts, the review and approval of contracts, the tracking and monitoring of contract performance, and the enforcement of contractual obligations. Contract Managers must have a strong understanding of the legal and business implications of contracts, as well as the ability to effectively manage and negotiate with all parties involved.
